Who Are We?

Business History and Ownership:

Pacific Wireless Communications LLC roots go back to 1968 when Motorola Communications and Electronics Inc. purchased a small Radio Dealer in Honolulu, Oahu. From the years of 1968 to 1994 Motorola grew its 2-way radio business to include Service Centers in Hilo – Hawaii Island, Kahului – Maui, Lihue – Kauai, and Agana– Guam. In 1995 Motorola changed their distribution strategy from Direct Sales & Service to a Dealer Sales & Service model. Thus a partnership of Pacific Service Technologies (60%) and Motorola (40%) was established. In the year 2000 Pacific Service Technologies purchased the Motorola 40% and renamed the company to Pacific Wireless Communications LLC.

Pacific Wireless Communications LLC is locally owned by William Beaulieu, Chairman of the Board; Dale Mau, Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner; and Conrad Loui, Chief Finance Officer and Managing Partner.
